Bhartiya Janata Party National President Amit Shah met coalition partners in the Manohar Parrikar-led government in Goa today. Shah shared a meal with the coalition partners and party legislators.
“There was no discussion on any issue. It was just a courtesy meeting with the BJP president over lunch,” state Revenue minister and Independent MLA Rohan Khaunte told reporters after the meeting.
The luch was attended by all three MLAs of the Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party (MGP) Sudin Dhavalikar, Deepak Pauskar, Manohar Ajgaonkar, Goa Forward Party (GFP) MLAs Vinod Palyekar and Jayesh Salgaoncar, Art and Culture minister Govind Gaude.
Agricultural Minister and GFP MLA Vijay Sardesai could not attend the event since he is currently out of station. Amit Shah arrived on his two day visit to Goa today morning.
